K. Keziah Aaliyah
I have lived in Colorado for over 25 years. During this time I was an elementary teacher for 19 years. I was lucky enough to have experienced living and working in a verity of Denver Metro areas, ranging from Broomfield to Aurora and over to Littleton. I learned about each neighborhood and fell in love with different aspects of each community. I began appraising in January 2016. I have enjoyed expanding my knowledge of Colorado neighborhoods to include downtown condos to mountain and acre properties. I love every aspect of this business. I look forward to working with you through this process in a timely and friendly manner.
My family moved to the Broomfield, Colorado area in 1980. I have seen tremendous change and growth in the area during this time and am very familiar with the Denver Metro area and surrounding communities. I have been appraising since April 2017 and specialize in the northern suburbs as well as areas as far north as Loveland. Appraising is a dynamic business and I’m ready to assist you in making sure the process is a positive experience.
I’m 25 years old, and a proud Colorado native. I grew up in Glenwood Springs, a small mountain town in the Roaring Fork Valley. I initially graduated from CU Boulder with a pre-med degree, but felt that career path didn’t line up with the lifestyle I wanted. I dabbled in a few other options before finding real estate appraisal. A family friend introduced the profession to me in January 2017. I immediately began my training with her. She had over 30 years of experience at the time, so I knew I was learning from the best.
The working class is about to face a transformation. With the growing dominance of technology and automation, the industry is going to experience a monumental shift that will demand capable, qualified individuals that can keep up with this constantly changing environment. With my youth also comes adaptability and technological literacy. I have a “fresh” education, and believe in working smarter, not harder. I value strong, quality work that is rewarded with a healthy and happy lifestyle.
The Denver real estate market continues to surprise me everyday. What I love most about the profession is the constant change. Each day is a new house, a new neighborhood and a new challenge. I look at each project as an opportunity to learn more about the city I love so much. I’m looking forward to working together to make this city a better place one house at a time.
I have been appraising since 2002 and licensed in 2004, specializing in REO appraisals. I am licensed and appraised in these market areas, Colorado, Nevada, Washington D.C., Virginia and Maryland. I am currently a Colorado Springs resident. I an newly engaged and love traveling to Venice Florida with my Fiancé where I have properties. In addition to spending time with my family and friends I also loves classic cars in which I have owned several over the years.
